Jeff Ogle Construction is a family owned business specializing in New Custom Home Construction.  We are a full-service Design & Build company in which most of the build is done by Jeff and his crew.  We strive to provide our clients with the best quality workmanship. We believe in quality and precision in everything we do, from the planning to the materials to the installation.  Jeff believes in "Green" building practices and researches both "green" building techniques and products. Green building improves the energy efficiency and air quality of your home as well as how products are made and used to reduce our imprint on the world.

 

Jeff Ogle is a General Contractor who is onsite with his crew for the entire build, whether it is a custom home or a remodel. Kristine Ogle, Jeff's wife, is an accountant and business manager who takes care of the day to day needs for the business. In an effort to ensure our standard of quality, Jeff minimizes the use of sub-contractors and will only hire contractors that meet our standards of work. All planning, architecture, concrete, forming, framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding, small job drywall/insulation, tile, cabinets, flooring, and finish work is done by us.(to name a few). If you have a sub-contractor request, just let us know and we will make sure precision is met from both sides.

Jeff has been developing land in Northern California for the past few years while also taking on the occasional new build or remodel projects. Jeff Ogle Construction is in the process of transitioning to the Los Angeles area. He has experience in turning a field to a dream home and can certainly accomplish this for you. As an honest contractor, we make every effort to keep our clients informed of all deviations from the original scope of work and budget.  Every change and request will be documented and signed by both parties to protect both of our interest. Jeff is meticulous in all aspects of the build and takes pride in his work, because the quality of the build and our customer's satisfaction is all the matters.
